2009 GreenField Trailer-Mounted SVE / Air Sparge System
This GreenField Contractors remediation system combines soil vapor extraction, air sparging, moisture separation, liquid transfer, filtration, and remote monitoring in a mobile Cargo Mate Blazer tandem-axle trailer.
The SVE side is built around an Ametek Rotron EN909BG72WL regenerative blower with a 50-gallon moisture separator, Solberg inlet filtration, vacuum gauges, and Blue-White well-flow meters. The air-sparge side uses a Becker KDT 3.80 rotary-vane pressure unit powered by a Toshiba 7.5 HP three-phase motor. Separate manifolds provide individual flow and pressure control for multiple extraction and sparge wells.
The trailer also includes a Myers transfer pump, liquid-phase carbon vessel, automatic level controls, programmable operating timers, and a Sensaphone 2000 remote alarm and monitoring system. Clearly labeled SVE, sparge, and transfer controls provide Hand/Off/Auto operation.

for dissolved oxygen enhancement and aerobic bioremediation
Matrix Oxygen Injection System generates high-purity oxygen gas from compressed air, which is then pulse-injected into groundwater at controlled rates. This process achieves dissolved oxygen saturation levels exceeding 50 mg/L, significantly enhancing aerobic bioremediation. Notably, this method is safe for use beneath occupied buildings and in areas with vapor intrusion concerns. It is also effective in treating migrating groundwater plumes and potable water aquifers.
Manufactured in 2006 by Product Level Control (Minnesota), a builder of industrial environmental and remediation systems. These systems are designed for long service life and are commonly used in field applications for decades.
System Includes:
EZ6.4 SS 4-tray air stripper tower
5hp Blower system
Integrated control panel
Hydro Quip AGM Oil/water separator 18-60 gpm flow rate, 325 gal capacity with poly holding tank
. 300 gallon double wall
storage tank
Fully enclosed 20’ shipping container housing
This is a complete groundwater remediation unit, including blower, control panel, and oil/water separator—designed for efficient removal of VOCs such as BTEX, solvents, and fuel-related contamination

Listing description
This trailer provides a mobile, centralized platform for operating an SVE and air-sparge remediation project. It combines the blower, compressor, manifolds, separator vessels, transfer equipment, monitoring system and electrical controls inside a weather-protected enclosure. The multi-line manifold configuration makes it suitable for projects involving several extraction or injection wells.
The trailer and installed equipment appear substantially complete, with normal cosmetic wear and some visible surface corrosion inside the electrical enclosure. The system was acquired as surplus equipment and has not been fully tested by the current owner. It is therefore being offered as-is, with operating condition and final system configuration to be verified by the buyer.
