Pace Soil Vapor Extraction SVE Air Sparge Trailer-Mounted Remediation System
Pace Trailer-Mounted SVE and Air Sparge Remediation System
Self-contained environmental remediation system housed in a tandem-axle enclosed Pace trailer. Reportedly assembled by GreenField Contractors in 2009, the system is configured for soil vapor extraction, air sparging, liquid transfer and multi-well operation.
The trailer contains separate SVE and sparge equipment, centralized electrical controls, process vessels and multiple connection points for field wells. Individual valves and gauges allow operators to regulate and monitor multiple extraction or injection lines.
Major equipment
Ametek Rotron EN909BG72MWL regenerative blower for soil vapor extraction
208–230/415–460 volts
Three-phase power
Nameplate ratings of up to 100 inches H₂O suction or 120 inches H₂O pressure
Gardner Denver/Elmo Rietschle Zephyr compressor package, marked 2021
Rated at 2.20 bar
120 m³/hour capacity
7.46 kW
3,600 RPM
Multi-port SVE and sparge manifolds with individual isolation valves and gauges
Vertical moisture-separation or knockout vessel
Fiberglass media/filter vessel
Integrated transfer-pump circuit
Roof-mounted process exhaust
Electrical control panel with ABB motor starters, breakers, relays and overload protection
Hand/Off/Auto controls for the SVE blower, sparge compressor and transfer pump
Separate SVE and sparge hour meters
Sensaphone 2000 eight-input monitoring and alarm unit with power and battery-status monitoring; manufacturer support documents remain available for this legacy model.
Exterior field-hose connection ports
Side and rear access doors for equipment service
Listing description
This trailer provides a mobile, centralized platform for operating an SVE and air-sparge remediation project. It combines the blower, compressor, manifolds, separator vessels, transfer equipment, monitoring system and electrical controls inside a weather-protected enclosure. The multi-line manifold configuration makes it suitable for projects involving several extraction or injection wells.
The trailer and installed equipment appear substantially complete, with normal cosmetic wear and some visible surface corrosion inside the electrical enclosure. The system was acquired as surplus equipment and has not been fully tested by the current owner. It is therefore being offered as-is, with operating condition and final system configuration to be verified by the buyer.
