Greenfield Contractors Soil Vapor Extraction SVE Air Sparge Trailer-Mounted Remediation System

$14,000.00

GreenField Trailer-Mounted SVE and Air-Sparge Remediation System

Mobile environmental remediation system installed in a tandem-axle Tailwind enclosed trailer and configured for combined soil vapor extraction, air sparging, condensate separation and liquid transfer. The trailer carries GreenField Contractors branding and is designed as a self-contained field unit for connecting to multiple remediation wells.

The system includes separate process manifolds for vapor extraction and compressed-air distribution. Each manifold branch is equipped with an individual valve, flow meter or gauge, allowing operators to balance and monitor multiple wells independently.

Major equipment and features

  • AMETEK Rotron regenerative blower

    • Model EN858BD72WL

    • Part number 038744

    • Three-phase electrical service

    • 200–240/380–415 volts

    • Maximum continuous-duty rating of approximately:

      • 100 inches H₂O vacuum

      • 110 inches H₂O pressure

  • Gardner Denver DTA 100 C compressor package

    • Approximately 116 m³/hour rated capacity

    • Approximately 1.5-bar operating-pressure rating shown on the nameplate

  • Marathon 7½-horsepower motor

    • Three phase

    • 208–230/460 volts

    • 1,750 RPM

    • Continuous-duty, TEFC enclosure

  • AMETEK moisture separator

  • Vertical knockout or moisture-separation vessel

  • Fiberglass treatment or filtration vessel

  • Solberg inlet filter/separator

  • Integrated liquid-transfer equipment

  • Multiple clear-column flow meters

  • Individual well-control valves and pressure/vacuum gauges

  • Separate compressed-air manifolds

  • Multiple exterior quick-connect process ports

  • Roof-mounted process exhausts

  • Exterior electrical disconnect and power equipment

  • Interior ventilation and heating equipment

Automated control system

The system is equipped with a substantial electrical and automation package, including:

  • Touchscreen operator interface

  • AutomationDirect DirectLOGIC DL06 PLC

  • Individual motor starters, contactors, overloads and relays

  • Hand/Off/Auto controls

  • Separate controls for:

    • SVE blower

    • System pump

    • Transfer pump

    • Sparge header No. 1

    • Sparge header No. 2

  • Equipment hour meters

  • Alarm indicator

  • Clearly labeled terminal wiring and control components

This GreenField trailer-mounted remediation system provides a centralized platform for operating a multi-well soil vapor extraction and air-sparging project. The package combines a regenerative SVE blower, air compressor, moisture-separation equipment, process vessels, transfer equipment, multi-line manifolds and PLC-based controls inside a weather-protected mobile enclosure.

The extensive manifold arrangement allows multiple extraction and injection wells to be connected and adjusted independently. Two controlled sparge headers provide additional flexibility for dividing a remediation site into separate operating zones.

The equipment appears substantially complete and professionally assembled. Cosmetic wear, exterior staining and normal signs of prior field use are visible. The system has not been fully function-tested by the current owner and is being offered as-is, with operating condition, electrical requirements, process configuration and component specifications to be confirmed by the buyer.
